Shipping and Delivery:
Each piece is custom made in our studio and takes an average of 1-2 weeks, depending on the design. If you need a piece rushed, please email us and we will do our best to have it made and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
If an order is unable to be fulfilled or a delay is expected for a specific reason, we will email you with that information and keep you up-to-date.
Georgia Sales Tax will be added to orders shipping within Georgia only.

Repair and Alteration Policy:
Email us at Contact@NectarJewelry.com and we will provide a shipping address.
Please note within the package if item was purchased online or at another location, and we will notify you if a charge is involved in the repair. Repairs are offered on most items and any charges will be dependent on repair required.
All items purchased online can be returned within 7 days after receiving for exchange only. This does not include shipping.
Sale items are final.
Items appearing damaged or worn will not be interchangeable.
All information is kept secure and private. We will not share any information with other websites or companies.
